Where do you ship to?

Shipping is available to the contiguous U.S. and calculated at checkout depending on the size of the work. Please contact me for information on shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations.

How long will it take to get my painting or art print?

Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing original painting orders. Processing times for limited edition prints will be provided during each run. You will receive an email updating you on the status of your order during this time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and additional shipping information. If you have created a collector account, you can also check the status of your order online.

Do you have a return policy?

All sales are final.
However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, I want to make it right! Please reach out to Studio@JenLDufau.com. Artwork will be insured by the artist while in transit, refunds will be issued if (unfortunately) any damage occurs during shipping.

What if I need to cancel an order?

Send me an email at Studio@JenLDufau.com Orders can be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase.

What do I need to know about copyright information?

I (Jennifer Dufau) own full copyright on all created artwork. When a painting is sold to a collector/client, the purchaser owns the physical painting but not the rights to the image. I maintain full rights to use and reproduce any and all artwork I create. Any reproduction without my prior written consent is prohibited and subject to legal action. Images can be shared on personal social media accounts as long as credit is provided to me and a link is provided to either www.JenLDufau.com or my social media account.

How does sales tax work?

Sales tax will be charged for all purchases made within the state of Ohio.
